Now, for this, I had the intention making cookies… I added some extra things and all that nonsense, so it turned accidentally into a bar.
preheat oven to 375
grease a pie pan
Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar
1 bag of Nestle Toll House Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
vanilla
1 cup flour
1 stick of unsalted butter
1/4 cup sweet and condensed milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
pumpkin spice tsp
cocoa tbls
Combine the flour, bs, and salt. Cream the sugars and butter, then add the egg, vanilla, milk, pumpkin spice, and cocoa. Add all of the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients. Poor the batter into the pie pan and bake for 20 minutes or more. Depending on your oven.
This cake came with a little inspiration. Went “grocering” with my parents today at Market Street and I found some low-fat almond milk. I’ve never tried almond milk so I gave it a go. This is called Almond Honey Coconut Cake. It’s more for like tea’n such.

butter and flour a loaf pan
1 1/2 cups of ap flour
1 tsp baking powder
dash’o salt
1 egg
1 cup of Almond Milk
1 cup of sugar
1/4 honey
Whisk together the flour, bp, and salt. Set that aside and beat the egg, milk, sugar, and honey. Slowly add the flour mixture. When that’s well incorporated sprinkle coconut on the bottom of the loaf pan and around the sides. Poor the mixture in the pan and let bake for 20 minutes. Not sure if that’s too long or too short… SO I guess you will find out,

Birthday cupcakes for my Cousin Stephanie! She likes strawberry and normally loves my Brema’s recipe. I decided to try my own when I was asked to make her birthday cake.
preheat oven to 375 and line your cupcake pans
yields 24 cupcakes
1 box of white cake mix
1 box of strawberry jello
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries chopped finely
Follow the recipe on the back of the cake mix box. Mix in the strawberry jello and strawberries. Bake for 18 minutes.
Icing
2 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
3 tbls shortening
2 1/4 cups of powdered sugar
3 tbls lemon juice
1 tbls water
Cream together the shortening and butter for 3 minutes on medium speed. Slowly add the powdered sugar along with juice and water. Let the cupcakes cool all the way through before icing them.

Buns:
1 package of frozen white bread dough
cinnamon
brown sugar
pecans
fresh nutmeg
Caramel sauce:
1 package of caramel squares
1/4 cup of brown sugar
vanilla bean
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
cinnamon stick
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Pre heat oven to 350. Put all of the caramel in a medium pot on medium-high heat. Add the cream, brown sugar, and the rest of the ingredients to the caramel. While that is getting hot go ahead and roll out the dough. Spread just enough brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans, and nutmeg to cover the surface. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 1 1/2 inch wheels. When the caramel sauce is simmering poor it into a glass pan and add the cinnamon stick and vanilla bean. Then place the wheels in the pan and bake for about 30 minutes. If it’s not ready by then, bake for about 10 more minutes. If It’s STILL not ready, then your fucked.
